By accessing, installing, or using ERLC Aid, you acknowledge that

represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that
organization to these Terms.

To use ERLC Aid, you must meet the following eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all
of these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these

3. Service Description
ERLC Aid is a Discord bot designed to enhance management and
functionality for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC)
communities. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:
- ER:LC API integration for real-time game data
- Staff promotion and demotion management systems
- Strike tracking and disciplinary management
- Staff activity monitoring and reporting
- Shift management with clock-in/clock-out functionality
- Server moderation and utility commands
- Dashboard and web-based management interface
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect
of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable
for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the
Service.
4. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of ERLC Aid, you may be required to
authenticate using your Discord account. By connecting your
Discord account:

You authorize us to access certain information from your Discord
account as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and
confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or
security breach.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under
your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or
remove content at our sole discretion without prior notice or
liability.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
When using ERLC Aid, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance
with all applicable laws and these Terms. You agree to:

Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Comply with Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Standards.

Respect the rights and dignity of other users and community

Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected
to the Service.

Report any bugs, exploits, or security vulnerabilities to us
promptly.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited
activities:

Abuse and Harassment: Harassing, threatening,
bullying, or intimidating other users.

Spam and Flooding: Sending unsolicited
messages, flooding channels, or otherwise abusing bot commands.

Exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs,
glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service for personal gain.

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access,
modify, or interfere with the Service, servers, or systems
without authorization.

Impersonation: Impersonating ERLC Aid staff,
other users, or any person or entity.

Malicious Code: Transmitting viruses, malware,
or any other malicious code that may damage the Service or other
users' systems.

Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, or other
automated means to access the Service (except as explicitly
permitted by the bot's functionality).

Data Mining: Scraping, harvesting, or
collecting data from the Service without authorization.

Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

Illegal Activities: Using the Service to engage
in or promote illegal activities.

misleading information when using the Service.

Account Sharing: Sharing your account
credentials or allowing others to access your account.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate
termination of your access to the Service and potential legal

7. User Content
Our Service may allow you to submit, post, or transmit content,
including but not limited to text, images, and commands ("User
Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

Grant ERLC Aid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to use, store, display, and process your User Content solely for
the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor,
or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise
objectionable. We do not endorse any User Content and are not
responsible for User Content posted by users.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and all of its original content, features, and
functionality are owned by ERLC Aid and are protected by
international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and
other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of
our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract
the source code of the Service, unless expressly permitted by law
or with our written consent.
The ERLC Aid name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and
service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ERLC Aid.
You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
ERLC Aid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by
Roblox Corporation, Emergency Response: Liberty County, or Discord
Inc. All trademarks and service marks of third parties are the
property of their respective owners.
9. Premium Features and Payment
ERLC Aid may offer premium features or subscription services in
the future. When premium features become available:

Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated
with premium features according to the pricing and payment terms
presented to you.

Billing: Premium subscriptions will be billed
on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will
automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable
except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund
policy.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change
pricing for premium features with advance notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription
at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused time.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By

Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice,

- Changing command syntax or bot behavior

- Performing maintenance or updates
- Responding to technical or security issues
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any
modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service
immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason,
including but not limited to:

- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion for any other reason
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by
discontinuing use and removing the bot from your Discord server.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive
termination shall survive, including ownership provisions,
warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately
cease. We reserve the right to delete your data in accordance with
our data retention policies.
12. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERLC Aid disclaims all
warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

material downloaded or obtained through the Service is accessed at
your own discretion and risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ERLC AID
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR
REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS
OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which
your claim is based, including breach of contract, breach of
warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any
other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of
the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages
exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior
to the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 USD, whichever
is greater.
This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent
permitted by law, including but not limited to:

you and the third party.
If any third-party service becomes unavailable or changes in a way
that affects our Service, we reserve the right to modify or
discontinue affected features without liability.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and
disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy

18. Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL

Most disputes can be resolved informally. Before filing a formal
legal action, you agree to contact us at support@erlcaid.xyz to
attempt to resolve the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the
dispute informally by contacting you via email or Discord.
If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either
party may pursue formal legal action.
Arbitration Agreement: For any dispute that
cannot be resolved informally, you and ERLC Aid agree to resolve
the dispute through binding arbitration rather than in court,
except that either party may bring suit in court to enjoin
infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
Class Action Waiver: You and ERLC Aid agree that
any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted only on an
individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or
representative action.
Some jurisdictions do not allow arbitration agreements or class
action waivers. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, this
section may not apply to you.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard
to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or
relating to these Terms or the Service shall be filed exclusively
in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you
hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such
courts.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International
Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
20. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time
at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will:

22. Miscellaneous Provisions
22.1 Entire Agreement

unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the

not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in
writing and signed by an authorized representative of ERLC Aid.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights

We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
22.5 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship
is created as a result of these Terms, and neither party has any
authority to bind the other in any respect.

to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God,
war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military
authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure
failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities,

The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control
laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
22.8 Survival

termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership
